Refunds and Exchanges
Please note that if you are unhappy with any of the items you have ordered they must be returned within 14 working days.
The items must be unworn, tags attached, in the original packaging and your proof of purchase receipt must be enclosed. We will not refund/exchange any item we believe has been worn. In such cases the item will be returned back to the customer.
We advise all returns are sent via recorded post with a signed for service. This will ensure that we receive your items safely and can proceed your refund or exchange swiftly. Please can you contact firstname.lastname@example.org so we know to expect your return.
Damaged or Faulty
We quality check all of our products before sending them to our customers, however on the rare occasion products may be damaged or faulty please return within 7 days and you will receive a full refund or exchange.
